Location: off ella, Dunkin and baskin Robbin’s Staff: person working drive thru @7pm was extremely rude and disrespectful. As I drive to order, the speaker sounded mumble and low. I kept saying I couldn’t hear but assumed it was a speaker issue. When I got to front window short, Hispanic guy started accusing me of not telling him right info. Same black haired girl has a miserable attitude, even when nice the customer service is never nowhere near returned, coffee is always bland and looks like water dyed with brown dye
I go way outta my way just go to this specific Dunkin’. Always a great experience and they always make my order perfect. The drive through lady Makayla is always very sweet and welcoming and answers any questions I have with the app or anything! 10 outta 10 recommend.
