I ordered ahead less than two minutes before I got there. The bagel was fine, but the coffee was watered down, hardly any ice, like it had already melted down. The man in the drive thru didn't even look at me, let alone spoke to me. Rude and the coffee wasn't fresh. Keep driving, there's another one right past the mall where they're polite. And there's a massive pot hole right past the window.
I was in and out the drive through in less than 2 minutes. Fast and friendly service, even at 6:30 AM.
Good evening Google Family. I visited for the first time after viewing the movie, "Ready or Not, Here I come, Part 2" at the AMC 309 Cinema across the street at the Gwynedd Shopping Center. I opted today for a large hot decaf coffee black with brown sugar flavor. It was good, I needed a change from butter pecan flavor. The gentleman who served me was very nice and polite and he smiled. Horrible customer service! Pulled up to the drive thru and couldn't understand the server. He actually started raising his voice when I repeated my order 3 times. I stopped repeating myself and confronted him at the window and point blank asked if he was yelling at me! It was tense and he and the guy in the back changed their demeanor. Never going back.
Slowest service I've ever experienced.
