Worst experience at Dunkin’. I used my rewards to get a drink, and it honestly felt like I wasn’t treated like a customer because of it. When I asked to use the restroom, an older employee questioned me about my nationality in a way that felt completely inappropriate and discriminatory. I’ve never experienced anything like this at Dunkin’ before. Customers should be treated with basic respect, regardless of their nationality or how they paid for their order. Very disappointing experience.
Only one person working the weekend mornings 7 minutes to get a iced coffee and donuts...
