Ordered 2 doughnuts and a cup of ice before work (only customer there) at Dunkin at 18003 Highwoods Preserve Parkway. I did not receive a Cup of ice nor the correct doughnuts. Called to let them know about the mixup and nobody answered the 7 times I called within my 8 hr shift. I drive back to speak to the manager and she says the phone doesn't work. The worst service.
LITERALLY THE WORST DUNKIN!!! Beyond sloooooow. They won’t take your order until the car in front of you has placed, paid and received their order. Which can take up to 10 min waiting in the drive thru. My food has never been hot! My cheese is always placed cold on my sandwich and my bread is never toasted. Never going back here
It is the worse dunkin I have been on. Never got our order. Went to the window it was open an employee kept on walking by and ignoring us at the window even when we call for someone to come.
Probably the first Dunkin I've been to in a while where there was a friendly employee that didn't seem to hate their job 🙃
