Horrible service. I ordered an oat milk Pumpkin Spice Latte, but the employee accidentally made it with regular milk. When I told her that was not what I ordered and that I have a dairy allergy, she gave me a bad attitude and clearly did not want to remake the drink. She eventually “fixed” it by simply heating oat milk and mixing it into the latte that had already been made with regular milk. Baby this my last time going to these people. They gave me cold hash browns with cheese. Whatever pink crap I got is nasty. They get one star for the free munchkins I got with my points. Register young lady was not welcoming nor was she rude 🤷🏾♀️, but whatever I was there for a little time not a great time however wanted my order to be good!!
These employees are super fast for mobile orders! If I order from outside the store, as I'm leaving the train, the coffee appears like magic !
my mini bagels tasted like cigarette smoke?? Disgusting, I will be returning for a mango lemonade refresher though.
I really hope they don’t touch the food right after picking their feet while on the clock. Won’t be eating at this Dunkin’ anymore after that!
