Went in for a quick bite before my train ordered hash browns and a Crossaint plain easy right?, hash browns cold as if they were out for hours and the crossaint dry and hard , never again will I get a breakfast stick to donuts and I’m not sure I’ll ever go in there again

I ordered a large iced coffee with milk and no sugar. I received my drink with sugar obviously added. I went back to have them remake it and they refused- insisting there was no added sugar. I asked for the manager and was told she was not there. I then insisted on a refund and it was processed. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
Typical Dunkin’s inside of Hoboken Terminal. It could be very busy during rush hour but the staff are always nice and working hard / quick.
It was filthy. The girls in there were either drunk or completely immature. I asked for a Carmel latte, I watched them fill a cup entirely with milk, pour something from a coffee cup with a lid into my cup, and hand it to me with zero ice. It was disgusting. They watched me sip it and laughed. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
