The service is average, the food (too much cream cheese on the bagel and the bagel is cold), (donuts have black molds) and the milk in the drinks are spoiled.
Customer service. Manager over speaker tells employee that I must wait while they clean up an accident. If I would had been asked to wait, I would have waited. But manager telling employee that I must wait in a nasty tone, bullshit. This is one of 5 Dunkin’ Donuts owned by this franchise in the homestead area of Miami. If your going to the keys go to a cuben coffee shop, they at least want your business.
Drive thru was quick. Order was completed.
