I can’t share anything about the service or atmosphere because my son picked up the donuts for me. I had done an online order . Three of the donuts I ordered weren’t available. Ok, fine but all donuts were at least a day old. I wish I would’ve just gone to Publix. They were literally stale! You go to the Donut shop because you want fresh, this was way too expensive for old donuts, that honestly should have been tossed.
The female manager there today at 1:15 PM on 8/9/2026 would not process our mobile walking order until everyone one was taken care of in the drive thru and line even though the line was never ending. We waited there 15 minutes and watched as people came in ordered, were served and left. When I asked she said she would get to our order when they have time because we were a mobile walk-in.
