I'd leave 0 starts if it were allowed. Went inside yesterday for donuts and breakfast sammies. Waited while sandwiches were made and noticed the manager demonstratively talking badly about others while she slammed orders together. Once mine were done, I took them back out to the truck and distributed to fam. Realized the croissant was burnt, so we went back thru the drive thru to exchange. Had the worst experience, starting with our order being rung up incorrectly, and instead of taking accountability, the staff insisted they only charge for what customers request. When we tried to resolve the issue, management responded with a horrible attitude and fighting with us over a refund! throwing away the food and cursing, horrible customer service. will not be coming back.
Damnn I didn’t know they just serve u a bagel if they run out of croissants and won’t even let you know just crazy
