Can we please bring back the old crew? I can’t stop here in the mornings anymore because they take half an hour to complete an order. They either get the order wrong or forget to give a part of the order 😕
That Dunki donuts employee is a terrible worker. He's always in no hurry, and what you ask for is something else entirely. I feel sorry for those employees, and they don't even give receipts. The other ones who worked there for a while are gone now; they were good people, kind, and did things quickly. But oh well, I'm never going back there.
I don’t know if the kids working on Saturday 7/18/26 between 2-3pm are high or just dumb but they messed up both of our drinks, one being a specialty Oreo drink (just gave us a basic frozen coffee) and a simple vanilla cold brew with cold foam. After mentioning the issue with the vanilla cold brew not being correct, he looked at me like he didn’t know what to do - I asked him to go get help from someone - and the other guy took it back and just dumped creamer into it. Have been coming here 6-7 days a week for the last year. After today I cannot come any more. They started this new policy of not filling your cup because “less ice means less beverage”. Less ice also means “less electricity and less water to manufacture more ice”. It was tough after they fired the amazing team that worked there; went from friendly welcome to feeling awkward. Used to be there were people at tables enjoying their morning. Now it’s empty chairs at empty tables. So sad to see this location change so drastically.... read more
