I Aaways order a dunkalatte and it’s usually good, but today I ordered two for me and my partner and it was terrible. It tasted like regular coffee with a small splash of milk and no flavoring whatsoever. I usually do not complain about this location because I know how busy it gets, but today they ignore me when I walk in, and pretend to not see me.
If you want your order to be correct, don't go to this Dunkin in the afternoon. I gave them one free screw up a few weeks ago when they gave me black coffee instead of hot chocolate. Today, I received iced black coffee with raspberry flavoring instead of iced tea. On both occasions, the drinks weren't for me, so I had no idea they were wrong until the person I bought them for took a big sip and then spit it out.
