COFFEE!!!
I recently purchased a matcha latte and was very disappointed with the quality. The matcha powder and milk were not mixed properly, resulting in a drink that was mostly plain milk. It completely ruined my appetite and left me feeling nauseous for quite a while. Also when I brought up my concern, the staff was extremely rude and responded with dismissive and inappropriate expressions. This was a very unpleasant experience overall.
I come to this local Dunkin often and every time I have the same worker, extremely rude and nasty. The first time was not a big deal people can have bad days but this is consistent, every time I visit, and everyone I know who visits this Dunkin has said the same things about the same worker. Her name is Tia (not her full name I believe it's Latia).
