Amazing people and i got my order super fast 5 star service the MAX!
I work in this mall, so I’m very used to the wait since it’s typically quite busy here. However today, I was the only person in the whole store. I waited about 5 minutes just for my order to be taken, even after making eye contact with 3 different ladies. After my order was taken, I waited another 15 minutes for one wrap to be made. I'm not sure what is better... the coffee or the service! My favorite Dunkin in CT!!!!
How can they simultaneously be extremely snail paced slow yet still act like they’re too busy to take your order at the counter? I saw people waiting at the counter for more then 6 minutes and yet food or drinks weren’t even coming out. Do they just stand there and do nothing?
