Coffee always seems watered down. Rude staff and they listen poorly for what your order actually is, especially for food. Staff grumbles about it when mentioned. It’s a conveniently placed Dunkin, that’s its main draw
Horrible experience. I ordered Carmel decaf latte with oatmilk. The girl gave me and iced coffee which was wrong. I nicely told her that it wasn’t my order and I repeated what I needed. She gave me regular decaf coffee with oatmilk and hoped I wouldn’t notice. Amazing people and i got my order super fast 5 star service the MAX!
I work in this mall, so I’m very used to the wait since it’s typically quite busy here. However today, I was the only person in the whole store. I waited about 5 minutes just for my order to be taken, even after making eye contact with 3 different ladies. After my order was taken, I waited another 15 minutes for one wrap to be made.
