I would say this is the best DD in Hartford. Good and fast service, friendly team, clean place, and very cooperative staff! I really respect and appreciate the team working there. They knew what I was ordering before I even say it, they are all very good, friendly and helpful members. In comparison to Starbucks, there’s no way to even compare! The DD staff are all responsible, respectful, experienced and working so fast! I really recommend going there!
If I could give 0 starts I would. I've worked in this mall for years and honestly this store should be EMBARRASSED at the service and product quality they provide. They are rude, slow, and don't pay attention to anything but each other and their cellphones. If something is wrong, I'm SCARED to bring it up to staff because they will ARGUE with you. Save yourself the trouble and get Starbucks. Or go across the street to the gas station.
