absolutely terrible. there’s an older hispanic woman at the register who is incredibly rude. everytime I would tell her one thing she’d repeat another. she ended up not even charging me for the drink i asked for so we were waiting around for nothing until i checked the receipt again. another man came over and was so kind and didn’t even charge me for her mistake even though i was willing to pay for it at this point because i had redeemed my points and the drink was to be free. There is a guy with glasses that has only been at the register when I’ve gone in and he is so rude I can’t imagine anyone would hire him let alone be the first face you see when you walk in! I thought maybe the first two times I walked in. He might be having a bad day but today is number three and he is awful scowling face doesn’t change!
I didn’t know that I would edit my previous feedback just as fast as that! I left a very positive feedback a week ago, but I took it back after yesterday’s visit to DD! It was a horrible experience and it got me thinking about just giving up going there and will continue going to Starbucks instead. If you ask me why, well, I’m going to tell you.
