On July 4, I attempted to place a mobile order at this location for pickup. When I submitted my order, I repeatedly received error messages. Because it was only a few minutes before 5:00 p.m. and a holiday,I assumed the location may have been closing, so I went to another Dunkin’ location nearby and successfully placed my order there. Store with clean service was great. They did not have sour cream donuts. This was before 10:00 a.m.
As if it wasn't bad enough that they had a lousy selection of the most basic donuts, and the fact that it is $18 a dozen (I know everything is expensive now, but this is still absurd), at 7:20 a.m. these were the stalest donuts I've ever received in my life. They had to be from yesterday, if not two days ago, completely unacceptable how terrible they were, especially for that price. There are so many Dunkin around and the majority of them are terrible now, but this was the worst yet.
