I usually come to this Dunkin’ and go through the drive-thru, but since I was early today, I decided to go inside. One of the employees — African American male with tattoos on his neck who looked like he absolutely hated life — took my order. When I politely went back to mention something was missing, he seemed way too eager to argue. I received a coupon on mail….I went to this store at Pembroke Pines,Florida to get a frozen coffee…so I asked for my frozen coffee,showed the coupon what expires next November 29,2025 and the cashier said that coupon didn’t went through so I can not used…Bad for business because I am NOT returning to Dunkin…
