I usually enjoy coming to this Dunkin’, but lately it’s been really uncomfortable inside. The air conditioning barely works, and with the summer heat, it’s almost unbearable to sit or even wait for your order. I feel bad for the employees having to work in those conditions for hours it’s honestly not right. Upper management really needs to step in and fix this. It’s not fair to the staff or the customers, and it makes the whole experience worse. Dunkin’ should do better for the people who keep the place running.

I've come to this location 4 times since moving here this summer. The first two times the lady at the speaker was mega rude, but the one at the window seems very nice. The third time I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes before I had to ask if someone was there. By the time I got my stuff it was 30 minutes later and my order was wrong, so I told myself I'm never going to this Dunkin' again. Today my grandma asks me to take her here, so I took her.
