We rarely visit DD. This week as a “treat” for my kid. We stopped in the AM and the line was pretty long 😬 in the drive thru so we figured we’d come inside. She was looking forward to a specific flavor which to her disappointment was not available behind the case. The drive-through is supposed to be Convenient. Why am I having a harder time going through the drive-through. We both can’t even understand each other. I asked for a chai, light ice and when my drink is done, it’s missing at least a dollar of it when you go to McDonald’s and you order a 10 piece nugget you not paying for eight you’re not paying for nine you’re paying for 10 that threw me off, but I said OK When I tasted my drink, it was a coffee. I usually enjoy coming to this Dunkin’, but lately it’s been really uncomfortable inside. The air conditioning barely works, and with the summer heat, it’s almost unbearable to sit or even wait for your order. I feel bad for the employees having to work in those conditions for hours it’s honestly not right. Upper management really needs to step in and fix this. It’s not fair to the staff or the customers, and it makes the whole experience worse. Dunkin’ should do better for the people who keep the place running.
