Bad service. Please avoids this place
Not really good as I was expecting!
I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. The workers here are insanely rude and do not know how to make a simple order and get mad when THEY mess up your drink. I’m Hispanic as well as them and they thought I didn’t speak Spanish, once they realized I knew what they were saying their attitude changed.
I placed a mobile order at this Dunkin’ but when I arrived, I was told the espresso machine was broken, so my drink couldn’t be made. The manager on duty was dismissive, wouldn’t look up or address me while using the register, and gave no guidance on how to get a refund — just told me to “do it in the app.” I gave zero attitude, but was met with rudeness and no solution.
