I’m so frustrated with the constant disappointment from this place. I honestly don’t know why I go back. 90% of the time the donuts are stale but turns out, that makes sense cause they don’t MAKE the donuts at this store. They just get them shipped there. My kids were excited for spider donuts, I asked if they had any and they said yes, and this is what they gave me….when I asked if they could fix them for my kids, they said “sorry not our fault, we don’t make them” and it’s just the last straw for me.
Worst customer service ever in a Dunkin’ Donut. Very rude both of the workers there.
Food is great and the service is good people are friendly all but 1 she always rude with what comes out of her mouth...she not friendly... waiting on a doordash there order is late the the lady at the front said there working on your order and they wasn't at all they need new people RUDE PEOPLE AND THE MANAGER GOT RUDE WITH SOMEONE HERE YESTERDAY WHEN I WAS IN HERE
