Today Sun June 21, I waited 18 min at counter and never got waited on…2 other customers also walked out I don’t blame the three high school girls but rather the owner….. Corporate should take away franchise. 2nd time here and both visits were frustrating and unbelievably bad experiences Shame on Dunkin for allowing this to tarnish brand
Quick and easy service when order was placed through the app
I absolutely love lattes, I was a barista in the past for a short while and know how to make good coffees. Most of the time, these guys hit it on the mark, especially with the male employee that is great on hospitality! But there are a couple of females that absolutely ignore your existence and do not make your coffee right. Genuinely the WORST dunkin I have ever gone to! I've given them a good handful of chances to show me that they're worth my money and truly they are not! I've ordered online 5 seperate times on different days and more than half the days I have ordered they can't make my drink because they're out of something. I’m not a Starbucks fan, but I definitely love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and other drinks. If you are a Starbucks fan, I encourage you to give Duncan a try. I think you’ll switch as I did. I also love their food.
