They pay employees near $20 an hour but they can’t have someone at the counter to take your order. Want you to use the kiosk but there’s only one. Super bad service! On the off chance they have someone at the counter don’t use cash. Even using a calculator they don’t know how to make change.
Probably the most inconsistent Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ve been getting the same coffee from Dunkin for like 6 years and every time I come here it tastes different. Also the mobile ordering is either broken or doesn’t work during peak hours. I don’t get it. Also their tablet ordering thing doesn’t even work.
