Get the old crew back!!!! The “Jen z” team you replaced them with can’t get an order right to SAVE THEIR LIVES!! Not to mention they always have an attitude problem. Flat out ignore customers standing and waiting until the customer says something. Have the least bit of work ethic, and not an inclination of “giddy-up” in even the managers. Save your money and most importantly your time. At this location these people don't want to work, much less make people's food correctly. Plenty of other dunkins down the road!
Once again I gave them a chance. They failed again. If they could just once get the order right. Over and over and over "not as ordered". So discouraged. I know it is impossible to hire good help. Maybe you could hire two people just to check every order??? It seems necessary after my repeat experiences. The one thing I really look forward to and when I open the bag - burnt breakfast sandwich.
