Poor service. Manager and girl employee are unprofessional.
I go to Duncan every morning during the week to get my breakfast and my coffee this morning I was a little disheartened because the breakfast that I ordered was a bacon egg and cheese everything bagel Friday four pieces of bacon and six hash browns in one order I got four pieces of hash brown and I got one and a half piece of bacon I asked for toasted and my bagel is not toasted Tina
Nine out of 10 times I go here. I have to wait for my food for about 5 to 10 minutes this last time I saw two cars behind me and get their order before me and I was late for my meeting so I had to walk in and grab the order in the gas station. It’s like they tell you to move up but then they forget you outside absolutely unprofessional when I went inside and told the lady work in the counter, I’m late. I don’t know why it’s so hard to give people what they order. All I ordered was a plain bagel with plain cream cheese, they couldn’t even get that right. Then you get all the way home and realized that all your order is wrong and try to call him. They don’t answer. Do not go to the Dunkin’ Donuts. They suck.
