They put apple fritters under bagels, and after waiting 15 minutes, we realized our food was never even ordered. When we asked about it, the staff was rude and unhelpful, despite there being plenty of employees standing around. Ended up waiting 15 minutes just for two donuts. Absolutely unacceptable!
I love dunkinnn, I go there almost everyday before school, but this time it was not the same. There was a girl behind the counter,( her name is hannah) eating hot chips which is unsanitary. I order the same drink and food almost every time here but it seems they always skip out on my bacon for my toast even when I'm paying extra for it. The best part about this one is the talk guy that's always welcoming and it's great.
