Horrible service. Absolutely useless. I stood in fron of the register for 5 minutes hoping one of the two people people standing there would help me. Just to find out from another customer we have to use the self serve kiosk to place an order. There was already a line forming.
Got 5 kids playing around. I'm talking about the staff smh. They gave me the wrong oder.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Let’s begin with the fact I come everyday and use to work at dunkin. I know exactly how my coffee should taste. The MANAGER ARLEY refused to correct my coffee or even remake it. While the associate talked over him telling me he added extra in the coffee. I asked for a refund and they refused!
