I used my app to get an XL coffee. Almost $4 for coffee. Asked for an ice water to go with it. They said they charge for the cup. I said “10 cents?” They charge a dollar! Omg. Unbelievable.
Has anyone NOT been to Dunkin? What can this review realistically add?
Food is great. Drinks are served quickly. Non-donut food items take a long time though, so youre better off just getting donuts and coffee
This place is terrible. Not one person speaks English, so when you have a question about what's in a new drink or they get yours wrong and you need them to fix it, you can't even communicate with them. They just keep getting it wrong. They just smile and nod, acting like they understand you when they don't. They are advertising a new drink (Sabrina) currently and can't even confirm whether or not they have it, much less what is in it. The donuts are always stale. Absolutely horrible every time I come to this location the service/coffee is horrible. I ordered a hot coffee. It was cold. This time. The last time I was here I ordered an iced coffee and it was terrible. They tried taking a regular coffee and just pouring ice on it. I will never be back here again.
