Extremely convenient location and service was superb.
Team is clearly doing their best, but I placed an order for a coffee chiller 25 minutes in advance on the app because I knew how long it took for the two poor souls who have to run the entire shop to be able to fulfill the order. I got there 25 minutes after placing the order and it still wasn’t ready so I had to wait another five and was late for work. Your employees are doing their best and still can’t manage.
