The staff there in the mornings(that’s the only time I go) are SO incredibly friendly. This morning I went in and Kenny, who was at the delivery window was so friendly, funny and kind! Every other Dunkin I’ve gone to the staff just seems so burdened to be there. Definitely recommend this location specifically
I don't know who came up with this business model but it's horrible. They want you use screens instead of ordering by an employee. They dont list all their donuts on the screen either. I stood there at the counter for a good 10 minutes before someone finally helped. Friendly lady helped. I want people employed and want to talk to people who have been trained on their job. Came here during free donut day and Alana was very friendly and helpful when taking our orders. Our drink was delicious and service was quick, definitely recommend this location
Seriously. The most unkind, rude people work here. If you ask them why your drink isn’t made right like it normally is, be prepared to have eyes rolled at you, windows slammed in your face, snarky comments get made. Yall really have to do better with the staff you hire. You’ve lost a super loyal customer. I’m just done visiting yall only to be treated like crap because I’m asking for what I paid for to be made right… it’s really not that hard.
