They are extremely unhelpful. There is horrible inconsistency when all I want is light ice. I know that ice takes up space, so without some it will be a little farther from the top. Depending on the worker, it can be .5 inches from the top or 4 inches from the top, and they act like i’m stupid when i ask about it. Photo pictured is directly after they gave me my drink. Thats ABSURD for the price im paying.
Recently moved nearby so thought I would "re-connect" with Dunkin to be my "go to" for Donuts since it's the closest. Unfortunately, they have NO interest in serving individual customers, just in maximixing profit for their corporate overlords. No way to go inside and order a donut. No way to go to the pick up window and just order some donuts there. EVERY order must be placed through the drive through or online.
