Currently at the location and it seems like the overnight doesn’t like to work. All due respect 24 hours is 24 hours. Doors are shut. Yesterday I received burnt hash browns. We wonder what will happen with brick and mortar stores… well this. Quality is important and providing the services you say you do.
they forgot to make my drink, and when i reminded them i ordered, it they didn’t know how to make it. it has been 20 minutes and i still don’t have my drink. don’t come to this place, horrible experience. Also my drink is filled all the way with ice, i barely got any coffee.💩💩💩
Workers didn’t know how to make the drink on the screen and we waited 10+ minutes for 2 coffee’s when we were the only people inside. Absolutely ridiculous👎 0/10 don’t come here
I usually get latte from here and this time there was a rude lady. I requested her to make it extra sweaten and she was telling me she ll charge it and asking me how to make extra sweaten. And also while giving she gave me less drink.
