Didn't have what I ordered and refused to give a refund. Never again!
Every time I visit this Dunkin’, I’m rushed to order, and they consistently mess up my orders. This time, I was even rejected from scanning my Dunkin’ app and didn’t receive my points because the worker kept refusing to scan it before I paid. So, I paid, and she still got one of my orders wrong. SAVE. YOUR. MONEY.
Stopped by late tonight for some food was working late and having a bad day and wasn't paid for the work in full and Hussein was great and gave me good words of advice and was quick with service and even wished me the best of luck. Ended up making my night compared to the rough scenario I was having. There is still great customer service out there thank you Hussein!!!
