I always place a mobile order for walk in. Today that wasn’t an option and upon showing up the drive thru was out the road and not moving. After sitting for awhile I decided to walk in to check on my order since it had already been 15 minutes since I placed my order. Upon entering they were clearly severely short staffed for a Sunday morning but a young lady asked how we could be helped and I explained the situation and she got right on making our drinks. Usually my go to but I think I'll go across town since employees screw up and can't be bothered to fix it claiming they can't.... this store needs to do better with employees there rude and mess things up constantly.... ridiculous what happened to let me fix the mistake? No because "there busy" my ass but you would definitely fix your screw up had my husband been a jerk about it.... is that what it takes? Someone being irrational to get your screw up fixed?
Terrible employees some of the rudest people you will meet and they mess up every other order lines always out the door across the street and when they’re “too busy” they close their lobby who does that
