I love their jelly donuts and when u go through drive-thru they are so quick
The employees here are usually friendly, but the sense of urgency is often lacking. Two days ago, I waited about 15 minutes in the drive-thru just to place my order, and then had another long wait for my food. I’ve also noticed that when ordering inside, it’s hit or miss whether you’ll be helped promptly because the staff seems to prioritize drive-thru orders over customers in the restaurant. Don't go here! I'm a polite guy and almost never post bad reviews, but this Duncan location is consistently the worst out of every single location. Rude staff, never have half of what you want in stock, and they'll never make you a custom order. Wanted cream in my coffee. They said they can only do milk, but offer cream on the side.
