The donut was smaller than my hand lol and every drink just tastes like milk now i used to love this location but everytime I go now it gets worse quality and depending on the day sometimes you get a nice person but usually the workers are super rude literally zero customer service
1046am meal deal. Hash brown tasted very gross. Like they have been frozen for a long time. Tasted like nasty water. Ice coffee tasted more like syrup. Service was poor sounded mad when taking order
I went to Dunkin' just for a couple of drinks and had one of the worst experiences ever. They told me to pull over and wait, which is fine, but I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and the drinks still weren’t ready. When I finally went inside to ask what was going on, the employees told me they were new and didn’t even know how to make the drinks. No apology, no urgency, nothing. Walked in to get a coffee, and a few donuts. The people working were too concerned with making mobile orders and chit chatting instead of helping the customers standing at the counter in front of them. When I was finally able to order, the girl working the register didn’t know how to key in the no sugar cream I wanted. So after 20 minutes waiting for 1 coffee and donuts - I take my drink and it has the normal creamer in it. I’m a type 1 diabetic and now I can’t even drink this coffee. What a joke of an establishment.
