Imagine how greedy a company has to be to “short your drink” when you ask for light ice on a $10 coffee. I actually asked for less syrup as well so it’s not like I was getting over on them, I didn’t get any refund for the unwanted syrup 🤷🏼♂️ I realize this is not specific to this location and is a company wide greed.
I accidentally said card at the beginning of the transaction not realizing that my wife had cash, unable to take my cash due to that.....kinda an odd complaint but still. Coffee ridiculously hot, border line burning you.
No bagels... Very disappointing
