I don’t go there anymore, but today I went and again the same person gave me the wrong thing again, when I said you gave me the wrong thing the Hispanic lady was very rude and always has a bad attitude, I hope who ever is in charge teaches her good customer service , otherwise this location will be losing customers.
Manager or team leader working 12-11-25 was extremely rude and unprofessional. They forgot my cream cheese spread so I had to go back to get it. I explained they forgot it and asked if they could make me a new bagel(gave them my original bagel) since it was now cold. I was told that they would not make me a new one and was told it was my fault it was cold.
Visit: 3/16/25 about 1:00pm Came in for the $6 meal which is a good buy and to be able to relax at a local Dunkin. Unfortunately this was not the case with the blantantly discriminate, entitled attitudes and ignorance of derogatory side chatter apparently based on looks concerning the only male customer in the restaurant at the moment by the all young, female crew.
