These people are the rudest individuals I have ever met just because you miss hear the order and I correct you there is no reason to get angry and then talk unprofessional. No one was rude to either of you and you took it upon yourself to say rude things. I hope someone trainings the entire staff again on proper etiquette torwards paying customers.
Prejudice! wanted to buy a donut and use the restroom lights were on. Customers were in the store and I was told I was not allowed to use the rest room. Because they would be closing soon, but I was allowed to purchase a donut though. Never coming back!
They made the best latte I’ve had in my life
Terrible! Find somewhere else! Ordered a latte they gave me coffee at the window. So they asked me to pull up and wait. They also messed up the food order so I went inside. The woman tried to tell me I ordered what she gave me. I told her I didn't. Finally I get the right food and the latte. Get in the car and discovered they didn't put any sweetener in my latte as requested. DDs are getting so bad!
