Don't bother your order will never be made correctly. I litera Have dinkin daily and I hav had to bring my order back to this location and complain too many times. Today is the last day. They do not know how to make a macchiato. Its basically a cup of milk they are passing out and doesn't contain enough espresso. Drink was fine bagel was stale hard and barely any cream cheese also there was a strange liquid. not good.
The manager charged me for an item that posted for purchase on the DoorDash site. They refused to allow me to get a refund because I did jot want to exchange for another product. Then told me I would have to rearrange for delivery if I chose to exchange for something else. Poor service and the manager was rude and refusing to listen to the customer concern. Poor service! I called customer service to deal with this and no resolution! Money taken!
The drive thru Teller couldn't understand that I only wanted a little cream in my coffee. I honestly think that it was a cultural thing or maybe a language barrier, but then he got smart with me and called me bro. I told him at this point, I don't trust that you'll serve me my coffee in the best way so nevermind. He told me to have a nice day.
Absolute terrible customer service, good food though but if you don't want to be treated with respect or like a human, this is the place for you.
