I don’t understand how a small hot coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar can taste different every time. Sometimes too sweet, other times too bitter. Do they not have the measurements perfected by now. The one I got this morning tastes like straight up chemicals
DO NOT SUPPORT OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY RUDE! EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! Owner REFUSED to remake (2) XL coffees after informing the coffee does not have Butter Pecan Flavor. Coffee tastes burnt & black without any flavoring. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! VERY ENTITLED store owners! Refused to take accountability for HORRIBLE, BURNT tasting coffee. Owner Slammed drive-thru window in my face!
