Poor customer service.
I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ fan for years, and I can honestly say they never disappoint. Whether it’s their perfectly brewed coffee or the delicious array of donuts, every visit feels like a treat. The staff at my local Dunkin’ are always friendly and fast, and they make sure each order is just right. Maurice was amazing. Terrible customer service. While doing laundry this evening I decided to walk over to this location at 5pm to sit and enjoy some coffee while waiting on my clothes to finish. As I arrived I was told that I could not enter even though they close at 7pm. A rude Mexican man with greyish hair told me that I had to walk to the drive through window because he closed the inside early.
