Unbelievable the 2nd time i have asked for Toasted and got my bagel untoasted with a Glob of creamcheese! Yes it is important to keep the line down but do you know how annoying it is to get to work/home and your order is wrong!! It's not like DD Prices are cheap anymore so we expect to get what we paid for.. Just annoyed and NOT coming back!!
Great customer service here. My orders are always right and the employees are happy to be there!
Another same dunking, every dunking is different depending of the staff and the Owner every Manager has different rules and regulations but if the team don’t want to work the food is going to be like that, Not everyone is made to work in customer service.
Absolutely love this Dunkin. Everyone you order from in the drive thru is awesome. The donuts with fillings are always full and you get what you pay for and then some. Coffee is always hot, fresh and tasty. I'm a New Yorker and have yet to find a Dunkin that fills their filled donuts better than this one here...
