My boyfriend was ordering our food and the lady at the drive through order rudely responded with "I heard you" and STILL got our order wrong. I've worked in restaurants for years and would never speak to a customer like that. 100% worst dunkin around. No napkins, employees are rude, every order is wrong.
More often than not, their coffee is burnt. Happy hour 1/2 price coffees aren’t a thing anymore. While I understand that’s an issue from their corporation, the store could at least make sure they’re selling fresh coffee.
