i came to this location with my family and it’s not usual for one to get good customer service at dunkin but this dunkin gave us phenomenal customer service. one of their employees, katie, was extremely kind and helped answer a few questions we had regarding some drinks. she was incredible with my children and made them laugh so much. it’s rare to receive such amazing service but i’m very grateful to see they’re finally hiring good employees who care about their job. i’ll definitely be coming back with the kiddos!
If I can give this place zero stars I would! Horrible experience twice in one week! Weekly and weekend vibes are very different. When the owners are not there the customer service is horrible! Workers are very un professional, and talk back. Sloppy service and not happy when you correct them on your order. Definitely not going there again!
I always have problems at this store. Their equipment to make Macchiatos and Cappuccinos is constantly broken. They always run out of Pepsi and other items. I tried to get my money back the one time, complained about this store direct to Dunkin Donuts, talking to someone useless regional manager who promised me a credit at the store that when I returned knowbody knew about! I don't like spending my money at places where employees are not trained to be friendly and courteous to customers. You're not doing me a favor by making me a cup of coffee. I'm paying for this product and service. Friendliness goes a long way.
