I did curbside pick up ! WAITED 30 MINS OUTSIDE for me to get off angry and tell them I was curbside and they said I didnt feel like going outside so they had me waiting for 30 mins in the car?! HORRIBLE
I live very close to this location, but I purposely go out of my way to other locations because this one cannot keep stuff in stock. The last two times I’ve gone they are out of cold foam, one time they are out of strawberry passionfruit, etc. save yourself the hassle because they probably won’t have the thing in stock to make your drink.
My boyfriend was ordering our food and the lady at the drive through order rudely responded with "I heard you" and STILL got our order wrong. I've worked in restaurants for years and would never speak to a customer like that. I told her our order was wrong at the window and told her to not give an attitude to her customers, as I wouldn't myself. She response with "want me to hold your hand?" EXCUSE ME?!?!
