I really want to like this Dunkin, but they consistently screw up my coffees for me and my wife. Sometimes they don't put the Carmel in my wife's Macchiato, or they don't add the correct amount of sugar to my coffee. The ONLY DUNKIN in the area that I have consistently good service with is at Columbus and Pulaski. I don't order much from 90th and Cicero, but they seem reliable. The Dunkin at 79th and Cicero is hit or miss too.
