No consistency. Ordered hot coffee, they made ice coffee and then decided to pour some hot coffee which was so watered down. It was awful. Please dont force me to go to Starbucks!! :)
Are the online times accurate for this location? It states they close at 8pm. I showed up at 7:40pm. The doors were locked as well as the drive thru. The guy inside, who seemed to be cleaning, simply shrugged his shoulders. Utterly disappointed.
AMAZING SERVICE AND COFFEE EVERY TIME! Jake helped me at the drive through. He was SO nice, really friendly, and very helpful. He helped us with the most patience. Then at the window, even though he was helping like 3 customers at once, he never showed it. He was happy and positive with every single one of them. The coffee is also the best coffee ever. I visited your location in the morning and had a very disappointing experience. The place was severely understaffed, with only two employees managing everything. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes without anyone greeting or acknowledging me. After that, manager simply told me to use the kiosk without offering any assistance. I waited an additional 10 minutes trying to place my order through the kiosk, only to find out that it didn’t allow any customization for the sandwich I wanted.
