I ordered two drinks and they couldn't do either of them one. They didn't have all of the ingredients. They messed up the drink
Ive never been to a Dunkin prior to today and my wife decided we should go, so we did. The customer service was amazing and the guy at the window was awesome for patiently answering my questions since I hadn't used their app before to redeem a deal.
We stopped going to dunkin after finding bugs in the drinks but we stopped by today and there weren’t any! Workers are a wee bit aloof, might’ve been the ladies first day, but they got us out quickly, thank you!
Worst dunkin i have ever been to. I usually go around 1130am and they usually only have a few donuts on hand. I tried to get 10 munchkins and they had 3. Like how does that happen when your open until 7pm? They never have boston creme and usually 2 or 3 actual donuts available. Staff just says that's it for the day. The staff is usually unpleasant as well. I will now go out of my way to another location that actually has donuts and staff that doesn't completely hate thier jobs.
