I visit this location almost daily and place the same drink order. Today the new manager immediately became argumentative when I explained my coffee was not correct. After a second cup made it became obvious something was different compared to the coffee that is normally brewed. The manager then proceeded to lie and state that the flavor added to my coffee was not on the ticket, this was incorrect as I had already checked the sticker on the original cup and the receipt. Brutal experience today ordering breakfast. Felt rushed. Was called "honey" and "baby." The lady taking my order was overly passive aggressive. The breakfast sandwich rivaled a frozen Jimmy Dean sandwich. Very disappointed at this location
I’ve visited this location three times. I’ve had two negative experiences and both negative experiences center around a singular person - the general manager Cassie, or whatever her name is. (My positive experience occurred when I didn’t see or interact with her whatsoever.)
