Placed a mobile drive-thru pickup order at Dunkin’ (8445 Preston Rd, Frisco) on 8/10/25. When I arrived, staff said they hadn’t received my order, but it was already ready inside. After leaving, I realized two Sausage Egg & Cheese Wraps were missing. When I went back, they told me they were out of stock but never mentioned it when I picked up my food. Dunkin’ absolutely SLAYED today! From the moment I walked in, I felt like royalty. The team was on point — friendly, fast, and clearly running the show like pros. My drink? PERFECTION. They nailed my large iced coffee with espresso and all the sweet extras like it was crafted by coffee angels themselves.
