Bonnie went the extra mile to foster good customer experiences. She is overall great, additionally, her team worked quickly and efficiently. My fiance and i enjoyed our coffee very much.
My wife went to pick up 2 bagels and cream cheese via the drive through. First i’ll say i think having the cashier push the cc machine to the car window for a tip is absurd. A tip isn’t deserved for passing food thru a window. Second the pictures attached show 2 bagels with “cream cheese”. The ticket on the bag reflects one to be regular cream cheese and the other veggie. There was not a bagel with veggie cream cheese given. Also, what a pathetic amount of cream cheese.
