I’ve always liked Dunkin', but this Frisco location was very disappointing. The store was empty and there was only one car behind me in the drive-thru, yet when I asked to add a doughnut at the window, I was told to drive around and reorder. When I questioned it, the employee (Calon) canceled my order and spoke to me rudely. I also asked for a corporate contact number and was refused. Very disappointed with my visit this morning. I ordered my usual drink, but the cup was not filled properly. There were about four fingers worth of empty space at the top, mostly filled with ice instead of the actual drink. When I politely asked about it, the employee told me she could just add more milk and said it was because she didn’t fill the cup with enough ice. That made no sense because the cup already had plenty of ice and still looked short on the drink itself.
I love coming to this Dunkin great customer service and the staff is amazing and made my drink taste amazing and it was by TJ the Amazing Manager 🤗
WELL .. Nothings Changed ..they still dont pay attention to the food they hand out. Every third order is messed up ! It's a hassle to get into the drive thru .. get out and start driving to work only to realize the order was messed up. So if you are in a hurry make sure to pull out and check ur order.. screwed up 2 of my orders today AGAIN ! ( added pictures .. I had asked for sandwich with no meat and of course I get one with bacon) ! 5 times of the 7 we have online ordered from here (via the phone app) they have managed to... read more
