This experience was lol!!!!! Workers don’t know what they’re doing or what their menu is! I ordered 3 of the King kylie drinks. The workers kept looking at the advertisement screen to see what drinks they were. Then they tried adding a 4th drink and were also not sure what the extra charges for each drink was. Idk how new the workers were but they sure didn’t know what was going on. Oh and they ended up giving me two same drinks. Not coming back to this location for sure!
Breakfast was trash. Sourdough was NOT even attempted to be toasted with shriveled fatty bacon and no cheese. Basically egg on bread! The hasbrowns were fried it dirty old oil! Complete trash!!!! Do not waste your money at this trashcan of a place.
Tell me why I ordered a large matcha (amongst other drinks), left the drive thru to get onto Main St. and pulled it out of the drink carrier to start sipping on it and it was half empty?
UPDATE - November 18, 2025: Have had French Crullers in stock the last couple of months. UPDATE, March 6, 2025 and January 16, 2025: NO FRENCH CRULLERS (AGAIN) - UNACCEPTABLE! Multiple times over the last two months I've gone to this Dunkin' Donuts and they either don't have jelly donuts or they don't have French Crullers. Two or three weeks ago, they said they would tell the manager (or perhaps it was the manager I talked to), but they still haven't fixed the problem.
