I was in Frisco shop to get a dozen of donuts, there was few pieces left in the display glass.I asked the sales person ,Do you have more donuts? She said ,no I only have this, then while paying in the counter I saw there was more on the back side.then she said now I can’t switch it.I think customers have a right to get what they want.very bad experience
They screwed up my order.
Unnecessary rudeness from the cashier. I’m not coming back to this one.
Staff is friendly
