I went through the driveway for coffee and ordered a decaf coffee as part of the order. I was told “we don’t have any right now and we’re not making any “ I’m sorry but isn’t making coffee and serving it to your customers your main responsibility?! After talking to the manager at the window and rudely stated that she could make some and we could wait 15 minutes for coffee. What happened to quality customer service? It’s definitely not found here for sure.
The staff is unhygienic, will 100% get your order wrong, hand you your drink with coffee all over the side, complain if you ask for anything at all. I asked for a water cup one time and they laughed and said no. Water…
These people are so rude! I go trough the drive thru occasionally and everytime no Goodmorning , just sounds so dry every single time. If you can’t do the job the hiring manager gave you then go find something where you don’t have to talk to people . I’m no longer spending my money at this location .
Terrible Customer Service, and just rude, not too long ago I went to get a sandwich, they didn’t have any food just drinks and they been open for a while, PLEASE CHANGE OR TRAIN THE STAFF, there’s literally only one good apple🤦♂️
