This place used to be consistent, but they’ve now messed up our three times in a row. Three strikes you’re out!
management is terrible store is always dirty
This was one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve had here. I’ve worked at two dunkin’s before. I pulled up to the window and was told to wait even though there was not anyone else in the drive through. We waited for so long that we were about to drive away. So we drove around to the window. The worker with broken off fake nails and dread locs claimed she was “about to say she was ready to take the order” and laughed/scoffed as she said it. They made me wait for 15 minutes then served me cold milk with vanilla without coffee, avoid this location, go to the one down the street next to subway. 0/10
