Waited 30min for cereal milk. I said dirty chai, and when I asked if it had espresso (because it’s so light) she said yeah bc all lattes come with espresso…that is not true. I asked for almond milk and the ticket just says “milk,” so I’m iffy about taking their word for it. No medium sized cups…I’m irritated now bc I took a sip and tasted nothing but sweet milk. Wasted my time and money.
Lately morning stops here have been bad the baristas don’t make the coffee good and it’s always some issue happening
Unfortunately this location is never a good time, getting worse recently. More often than not I regret spending money/time there. Last time I placed an app order, 30 min later no drink and just waiting. Turns out they ran out of ice and just weren't making the drinks :/ Nobody told us or put up a sign. It's also kind of a bummer you have to call corporate to get a refund even in this situation.
