I always come here but the new staff is beyond disrespectful. I was trying to order a drink off the Valentine’s menu to which the cashier kept interrupting me because she herself didn’t know that the drink literally came from the menu. Once she found it, I asked if I can switch out the sweet cold foam for their chocolate cold foam and she said “yes.” I got my drink and she had given me the sweet cold foam instead of the one I ordered and refused to change it out when I asked politely before even taking a sip out of it.
