If you could keep workers off their phones we could get our orders alil faster
Customer service was insane. Donuts were average, but the service more than made up for it. It was white glove service at its finest. The guy even hugged us when we left and thanked us for coming in.
Sat.14. 1:35pm. Worst costumer service by a woman with orange hair. Rudest employee I have ever encountered. Rolled her eyes. Cussed. Ignored me. Slammed all equipment. Horrible to her co worker too. She needs to be talked to asap. Made the whole experience horrible. Tried to call to complain. Hung up on.
This Dunkin seriously needs to get their ish together. Most of the time I get Bad attitudes from staff; got my whole order wrong yesterday, thankfully the manager was super nice about it. Other than that you guys fr need to hire new staff because it’s going to eventually drive me away and go to Dutch bros instead.
