Earlier today, around 5:00 pm, I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts while shopping at Walmart. There was a misunderstanding with the cashier. I placed an order for two sandwiches, but while waiting, I noticed the staff was preparing wraps instead. Immediately, I informed them that I hadn’t ordered wraps, and that's when Silvia, the supervisor, asked for my receipt.
