I usually wouldn’t leave a review, but it is ridiculous. How many times this location has gotten my order completely incorrect charging me for what I’m actually ordering and then giving me things that are much less than what I’m ordering. I get the same thing every single time because I am a creature of habit. I get an oat milk, shaken, espresso with caramel and a bacon, egg and cheese. Wake up wrap. Did not let a pregnant women used bathroom they was lying about bathroom being out of order! Just not to clean bathroom very poor service!
For whatever reason it always seems to I get any frosting donut. It’s always upside down. Why did I bother paying all this money for a messed up donut??!??!!! They’re always scrambling around food and coffees are usually messed up when you go to ask them to fix it. It’s a big issue for them.
