The workers are always nice, but if you decide to try and use the drive through in the morning be prepared to wait 30+ minutes. Unfortunately I decided to try this 3 times to see if it was just an off expirence. Same thing each time. Ordered on app so unfortunately stuck each time
The employee that waited on us was well trained on customer service. He placed our order correctly and even interacted with me on how my day was going. When I got my order went to a table to eat. The same employee went to check on the napkins and straws and he came over and ask how my food was. I told him everything was fine. It was nice he asked me because he really cared about my order. I definitely will be back to Dunkin.
