I know times are changing (and maybe they shouldn't be) but I've never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Not as a customer. Not as a human being. I ordered a cookie butter cold brew, an iced coffee and a chocolate milk at the drive thru. I was asked "what type of donut?" I never asked for a donut. terrible i waited 30 minutes in the drive-through line that had 5 cars in it nobody knows how to work these days now im late for school despite going 40 minutes early…very angry annoyed and upset with work ethic these days…got to the window she asked how much money we had because the lady did not want to Count it. we gave her more than it costed and she never gave change back…will not be back don’t go they need new management!

I’ve never seen a Dunkin that takes one order at a time and waits until the customer is completely gone before taking the next order. I placed a pick up order and waited 30 mins to get through the drive thru. I FINALLY get to the window, the employee hands me my coffee and I can tell it’s made wrong so I say something and she says it’s made right that’s how it looks.
