Hello, I am writing to report an issue with my recent visit to the Dunkin’ located inside Natick Mall. I ordered a Large Caramel Macchiato for myself and the $6 Meal Deal for my husband. The total was $12.08, which I paid. However, the drink was made extremely small – far less than what a large size should be. Because of this, I paid an additional $1.59, but even after paying extra, they still gave me a very small portion. I’ve been a returning customer for over a month; and I would like to be the 1st to address a HUGE problem here, before it costs this location big bucks. I noticed since the end of August that there is 1-2 people working on Saturdays after 3pm: A spanish girl with one of those baby hair curl-overs on the side, and another kid. They made me wait for 10 mins. After 10 mins they realised they don’t have avocado spread. You should know that before customer place the order, not after making them wait. Disappointed
