Hello, I am writing to report an issue with my recent visit to the Dunkin’ located inside Natick Mall. I ordered a Large Caramel Macchiato for myself and the $6 Meal Deal for my husband. The total was $12.08, which I paid. However, the drink was made extremely small – far less than what a large size should be. Because of this, I paid an additional $1.59, but even after paying extra, they still gave me a very small portion. I’ve been a returning customer for over a month; and I would like to be the 1st to address a HUGE problem here, before it costs this location big bucks. I noticed since the end of August that there is 1-2 people working on Saturdays after 3pm: A spanish girl with one of those baby hair curl-overs on the side, and another kid.
