One of the worst dunkin donuts I've been to across the USA. The drivethru is slower than molasses. Today traffic was out on the road. I waited 10-15 minutes in line to order. My bagel barely had cream cheese on it. I chose to come here today instead of driving to the one on Wickham hoping getting there earlier today would be better. That was a joke. Clean restaurant and restroom. Close to interstate and gas stations. Friendly and quick service.
Never have I ever been to a coffee shop that denies putting extra milk in your coffee. Every Sunday the same girl says she can’t do it yet I’ve been doing it for years AND I used to work here. The weekday staff is amazing but this one particular girl in drive through is rude.
I come here regularly, and the staff is always professional and courteous. I consistently receive excellent service. The manager is also very supportive and always steps in to help when needed. I definitely recommend coming here!”
