The store is nicely decorated, and I don’t have any complaints about the food. My main concern is the customer service. The three employees working behind the counter were all speaking very quietly and mumbling when interacting with customers, and I had to ask them to repeat themselves several times because I couldn’t understand what they were saying. So disappointed that we arrived at the Sandy Plains location at 9 pm (two hours before closing) and 1/2 the ice cream flavors had already been cleaned up and stored away for closing. When patrons (three different ones while we were in there) asked if they could have one of the put away flavors, we were told, “No, they’ve already been cleaned up for the night.” I was so excited for Jamocha Almond Fudge, but I guess I have to be here 4 hours before closing. -Just Jipped Jamocha

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. No bagels available, so I ordered toasted sourdough instead of the bagel. Didn't toast my sandwich and it wasn't hot.

First time I've been here I think. I ordered my usual ice tea/ lemonade mix and removed the sweetener. It was still too sweet, I couldn't drink it. 🤢 One thing too, the employees only entrance door that leads behind the counter can be access from the outside. I accidentally open it, thinking it was a way in. That door should be locked all the time from the inside. Just a heads-up.
