Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I waited at the drive-through intercom for 10 min without receiving a response. I pulled forward to the window and waited an additional 5 min before a staff member assisted me. I informed her that the intercom did not appear to be working and she acknowledged that it sometimes malfunctions.
