When I arrived at the counter of the Route 128 Amtrak station there was nobody up front. The guy in this photo was standing in the back room, appearing to do some kind of inventory. I said “Excuse me” a few times and got no response. Then louder, since I assumed he couldn’t hear me, “Hello!” A little louder. At that point he disappeared into the back. I recently ordered a Matcha Latte, but more than two-thirds of the cup was filled with foam. When I brought this up with the cashier, I was told that this was the correct amount. Please ensure that beverages are filled with liquid rather than excessive foam or air, as this seems to be a recurring issue. Consider updating the photo or providing a clearer description on the app to better reflect what customers can expect. I ordered a large size but the amount was not even a midium size.
Always the same great coffee. Super breakfast sandwich, donuts, and pastries. Love the apple fritters.
