Horrible customer service. I was ordering at the drive-through and without asking me if there’s anything else, the person just told me the total and I said hello. Not sure what happened to this place but it used to be my favorite Dunkin to go to. Over the last month or 2 the wait times have been insanely long even when there’s no one else there and I pre ordered. I ordered ahead and still spent half of my lunch break in the drive thru line and was never even acknowledged. Went in and nothing was ready. Employees don’t even seem to care that the experience is terrible.
Omg this the best Dunks in MA!!! Azel made my coffee and apple pie so perfect. I feel like I'm trying this for the first time. Coffee will never be the same again. Give this man a raise and protect his life. He is a national treasure. I love this Dunks!!!
Usually i never review stores but seems like a good time i do. so I went to Dunkin' Saturday night around 6 PM. I ordered on the app like, ten minutes before thinking i was yet smart, so I get there, and the receipt is still stuck in the printer or sticker machine whatever they use. Like, what? I asked the lady if my order was ready, and she goes, 'Oh, I just got it.'
