If you want to be somewhere on time, don’t go here. They’ll just make you wait at the drive thru box for 10 minutes without greeting you in hopes you’ll drive away
Ordered a large french vanilla latte with extra cream the cup was literally half full of coffee the rest was foam the coffee taste burnt and it was so sweet you could barely drink it I actually threw it out
One of KFC’s fried chicken’s could have made a meal faster than this location. Make sure before ordering you weigh your options between a sit down 11 course meal and their fast food because they take the same amount of time.
This has got to be a trainee location Potentially worst in all the nation After ordering at drive thru, checked the clock 14 minutes to the window, I was in shock The drive thru orders, all out of whack Had to wait more for my munchkins sack The coffee was great, I'll give them that But the service itself falls very flat
I enjoyed that you could place your order using the touch screen and pay without having to have staff assist me. This sped up the process of making the coffee I requested! Kudos to the staff and management of this location for your excellence!
