I keep trying to give the is place a chance but take my advice and go somewhere else. I don’t know why it takes so long. They’ve never gotten my order wrong but this is the absolute slowest location I’ve ever been to and you will waste so much time here
Everybody in these reviews are expecting luxury treatment, I get my drinks fast and all the food is warm. I love this Dunkin and go here almost every day.
I’ve been going to this Dunkin almost everyday since it has opened. The staff is incredibly kind and it’s always very clean whenever me and my friends sit in here. The service is very fast and we never have to wait more than 3 minutes for our food and drinks! Everybody who is leaving negative reviews clearly hasn’t seen the whole dunkin experience. I would always recommend this to anybody. Love you Dunkin Westlake! 🩷🧡🍩
Alot of kids working with no supervision that clearly need training. The coffee was terrible....
