The morning assistant manager is a STAR 🌟 Not sure of her name but I think it starts with a c. She's so kind when I come in even when it's a rough shift. So kind and welcoming all the time.
Employees try their best. I wish the manager of whoever is in charge. Can you get the organization of orders situated more better? It’s really nice to have a Dunkin at Westlake but so far their service has been slow ever since they opened. Please try to figure out the drive-through situation and walk-ins greatly appreciate it. Employees are usually very, very nice and they do their best, but please figure out the best way to organize orders and get them ready on time even if a person orders mobile and wait almost 30 minutes.
Very slow service. Not sure that the employees even care.
It's fine, when you can actually get some service. Sat in line for at least 20 minutes to get 1 iced coffee. Didn't even seem particularly busy. I never blame staff for this kind of thing, but someone needs to see if they have enough employees or need more training.
Not good! Nothing else to say.
