This location needs better management. I was there yesterday around 1130am and placed a order through drive thru 4 drinks to be exact. As I was placing my order the gentlemen who i leaned name was Steven recommended a drink in similar to what I ordered so I said ok until I reached windows and realized the total jumped up like 7 dollars so of course I asked why and asked him to just give me the order I asked for. They’re nice in there but damn they mess up even basic drinks half the time. Coffee in a matcha latte? Cmon
The quality of service and food/drinks has gone down significantly in the last year or so. It’s either short staffed, the food isn’t cooked or too cooked or the customer service is not good. I hope it gets better soon.
Kelli is always super nice and helpful. No matter the weather is or how busy it is, shes delightful and gives wonderful customer service. Very rare to see that nowadays!
