Terrible service, rude and not proactively helpful with malfunctioning app. When I showed proof of payment for my order they were insistent that they couldn't see the transaction on their end (therefore no proactive offer to proceed with the order anyway). I left when staff started speaking rudely instead of offering to help and correct their issue.
Girls are messy with the food. I ordered a loaded hash brown and 2 regular hashbrowns and they got the quest all over the bag and the hashbrowns are mush. Laziness.
Without fail, they mess up my order every single time. At least they’re consistent.
