I go to this Dunkin all the time. Good service nice ppl. Apparently they fired the manager for no reason!
Very slow service with rude employees who either ignore drivers and customers or scream at them.
One of the worst that I've actually visited. Quite surprised that the place is still in business. Not sure if there's something wrong with their headsets but it's almost as if some of the drive-thru people don't even hear what you're saying when making your order. If zero stars were possible, that would be more accurate.
I ordered one drink and it was made wrong. I did talk to a manager and receive a refund. My drink was remade, and I still received the wrong drink. I came back and it was remade again, still incorrectly. I placed an online order for a single, XL cup of GREEN tea with 5 sugars. Upon getting my SINGLE item, it was incorrect. I returned inside and was told a new one would be made. He confirmed what I wanted and made it. Once it cooled down I realized it was the wrong tea(chamomile).
