Notoriously bad location around these parts, was on a the rise for a bit but the most recent staff switch up put them at base 1. Expect very long waits even if there is only 1-2 cars in the drive thru
This specific location was on the rise for almost a year when they replaced their staff and started renovations on the building. Now that the renovations are done they have once again replaced the staff and the new service is atrocious. It is a regular occurance to wait 20-30 minutes to get your coffee at this location
Very busy location. Expect to wait. They seem to prioritize drive through, which isn't uncommon. However they mostly seem to ignore lobby customers for long periods of time with little to no acknowledgement.
Drink was perfect but they burnt the heck out of my croissant sandwich.
