So, I don’t love giving bad reviews but this is a huge health concern for me. We came through the drive thru and ordered a bunch of things but one of which was an iced coffee with unsweetened vanilla. We get our order and my iced coffee had French vanilla swirl in it. Unfortunately for me I have a huge allergy to one of the ingredients to French vanilla swirl. I get coffee here frequently but often encounter a sign on the door saying drive thru only meaning when you place a mobil order and specify walk in pick up, you now need to wait in a long line just to say I placed a Mobil order and pick it up at the window. Mobil ordering is for convenience. This is not at all convenient. I asked why and the girl stated they don’t have enough staff to open the store. Seriously? This is not how a reputable business runs.
