I went there yesterday to get four donuts when they handed me the box, it weighed like nothing. The donuts were extremely dry. They are not getting rid of their donuts at the end of the day and making fresh ones the next day. They are keeping them for several days and selling them. Walmart donuts are the bomb compared to this and cheaper. I can get twice as much for less money.
They guy that works the window is very very rude I’ve had multiple problems when I place an order you can’t understand him and then today I ordered an iced coffee said the order twice showed on the screen iced then he went to hand me a hot coffee I said no I ordered iced even said it twice he said no I said hot I told him to give me my money back or an iced he was very upset will never go back to this location again!!!
I love this location and their coffee, but I've been consistently disappointed with the muffins, which are often days old, hard, and stale. Today was no exception, despite my request for a fresh one.
I will only go to this location. They are fast & friendly and make you feel welcome and they always expect to see you the next day. My order is a large Raspberry Watermelon Refresher with two egg wraps. Every time I pull up to the drive thu they are always friendly speaking and by the time I pull up to the window before even paying my order is done and done correctly. They always have a smile on there faces and expect to see you the next day. Thank you for your hard work :)
Left without being served. Self serve kiosk was out of order. Stood waiting to order for 5 minutes. I was never even acknowledged.
