The customer service is really bad. The employee I have dealt with at the drive thru is incredibly rude with no manners at all. I have never gone back since I found out the nearby Starbucks also opens very early in the morning. The employees there are very friendly.
Worst Dunkin. Everytime I stop here my order turns out absolutely disgusting and the opposite of what I ordered. Customer service is crap too. Unfriendly, rude, short. Need all new staff.
So, I don’t love giving bad reviews but this is a huge health concern for me. We came through the drive thru and ordered a bunch of things but one of which was an iced coffee with unsweetened vanilla. We get our order and my iced coffee had French vanilla swirl in it. Unfortunately for me I have a huge allergy to one of the ingredients to French vanilla swirl.
