Very rude. Never been to a Dunkin before so I asked a question about a special they had and the lady rolled her eyes and gave alot of addutude. I tried to give her alot of grace and was very kind but nothing worked.
TERRIBLE. staff were extremely impatient and rude. My drink spilled on the ground, and asked if it was possible to have it replaced as i had just ordered it. They refused to, and then handed me a broom and mop to clean it up. I mopped up the mess, and as we were leaving they STOPPED US and told us to sweep up the remaining ice. As somebody who works in customer service, never would i make the customer mop and sweep the floor, seeing as that’s literally in my job description to take care of the lobby. They won't smile at you, they won't greet you, they won't say thank you, and they won't tell you to have a nice day, BUT they will never ever mess up your order. It is always perfect, fresh, and fast.
The very rude non American worker was aweful to deal with. My order was missing toppings and was told to come back and i did and he yelled at me in the drive-thru and said he was only fixing one when indeed he knew 2 was missing toppings and was so rude he made my child in the backseat cry so i pulled off. NEVER going back again and definitely recommend go when hes not there! he will not correct his mistake and will be very rude!
