my boyfriend, best friend and i came here today. we came to get iced pumpkin lattes but whoever was working told us they were all out. we needed time to make a decision so we asked for a moment. 12 seconds later she snapped at us, asking if there’s something she can help us with, so we made a decision, taken a back. they were extremely rude at the window, and my bfs latte was literally a small latte poured into a big cup w ice. we were totally jipped and didn’t appreciate the attitude.
Ordered 2 berry burst energy drinks, one wasnt even full. When asked for my change back I said “Yes please” and the cashier walked away. Not trying to be a lame customer, but bow Im sad because I dont even like the drinks and Im pregnant so drinking something I can keep down is crucial… Wasted $9.00 today :((
Always a great stop at Dunkin’! The coffee is consistently fresh and delicious, but it’s the friendly team that really keeps me coming back. Everyone is upbeat, welcoming, and quick with a smile — it makes the whole experience better. Orders are accurate, the service is fast, and the good vibes are real. Great job to the whole team!
