What a complete joke, prices go up every 2 weeks and they had the audacity to charge me $4.50 for extra cream cheese on my bagel charged me two dollars extra and I definitely did not get cream cheese on both sides of the bagel so pretty much not only do they not listen and do what the customer asked they’re charging me more and not give me what I want so they’re pretty much stealing my money. Went in to get a drink and a donut for my boyfriends birthday. They messed my drink up 2 times and when I tried to explain to the girl after the first time she cut me off and said I know what you want
The whole team was fast and friendly. Best service I’ve ever received in a Dunkin ❤️. Keep up the great work team
